Shipping & Returns
Our aim is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. We will keep you updated on your orders via the email you provided upon registration. We will keep you informed of unexpected delays in service. If you have backordered or preordered a product, we will provide a timeline of delivery, but we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money if unexpected disruption in supply occurs.
We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. Sometimes we offer free shipping. Feel free to check our Sales Flyer for the current sales information.
Our primary shipping service is USPS, secondarily we use UPS. Both are "ground" services that take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (many of our products ship from our warehouse in NYC). You may contact sales @ kizzlekit [dot] com for exceptions or wholesale inquiries.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by common and other freight carriers. Please note that customers outside of the United States are responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
Delivery Time is dependent on several factors:
The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.
The method of delivery - our free shipping and otherwise routine shipping method is via USPS. We also offer UPS shipping if you request it.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
Free Shipping Offers
When we offer Free Shipping, it will be via USPS (5-7 days for cross-country delivery). Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments, within the continental United States.
If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally (outside of the US and Canada), please send us an email to sales @ kizzlekit [dot] com. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements. We really want to work with you and customs brokers.
Deliveries to Canada take on average 20 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund, store credit or exchange.
To complete your return, we require your receipt, proof of purchase, order number or account details so we may locate the order details.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If packages are opened, there is a 15% restocking fee.
If there are *ANY* signs of use, there is a 50% restocking fee. But only after close scrutiny.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or dated materials like newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Return Process Email with your receipt and/or order number. Please state your issue with the product(s). If there is damage, please send us photos. We will assess your situation and let you know the Return-Refund status within 48 hours.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the resulting approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as dictated by our payment processor and your banking institution.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a store credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a coupon code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
